for those of you that have not seen it yet, MS (finally) launched their IPAD competitor Win8 RT device yesterday in Las Vegas and it’s looking good

I have been the happy owner of a Assus Transformer Android tablet for a long time know and what I really loved about this device compared to others was:

- the USB support

- integrated keyboard

- dual battery setup

It looks like MS will be delivering a device with both USB and very neatly integrated keyboard (all be it we don’t know yet how easy it is to type on).

Pay special attention to the build in stand to make all our lives easyer.

Now all we need is for win8 to really deliver on it’s long battery life promise and we have a winner!

I have loved solarwinds tools for many years now and i was delighted to see they are now extending their toolkit with a free wsus diagnostic tool.

It looks nice, repors what needs reporting and it’s 100% free!

Well it seems RDP is not having it’s best year. Back in March MS released update MS12-20 that fixed some remote code execution issues and now just 3 months later MS released MS12-36 an equal CRITICAL remote code execution fix.

Time to get patching again!
