A lot has happened since my last post of 2008, in which I promised to provide you with detailed steps on how to move my existing Windows 2003 DC/Exchange 2007 machine to new hardware with Windows 2008 AD and Exchange 2007. As Christmas and Newyear days are already far behind us, I'm recovered from a serious cold, I'm back on posting track:

This is the list of articles I will upload in the next couple of days/weeks:

a) Part 1 : introduction (this post :-))

b) Part 2: prepare AD 2003 for Windows 2008 DC integration + dcpromo + move/seize FSMO roles

c) Part 3: Exchange 2007 installation on new WIndows 2008 server + move mailbox

d) Part 4: Remove initial Exchange 2007 and Windows 2003 DC

e) Part 5 : Modifications on the ISA 2006 server for OWA after Exchange migration

Hope I see you all back in the next couple of days.

Regards,

/Peter
