Recently I hosted the Microsoft Roadshow “Advancing Desktop Management” branded under the Springboard Series in Belgium. The approach of the roadshow was to map existing tools, technologies and solutions to existing customer pains and by doing so getting to the “Optimized Desktop”, resulting in a reduced TCO.
