ISA 2006 : can not change password using FBA (password must meet complexity requirements)

You can't backup exchange 2007 on windows server 2008 using the builtin tools (ntbackup)

Yesterday, i found out the hard way there's no exchange aware backup solution included in windows server 2008. you need to buy third party tools to obtain this functionallity !!!!
