Windows Vista SP1 will be released as an update on Microsoft Update (MU) Catalog. The patch is very large and there is a bug in Windows Server 2003 in the WinVerifyTrust API that will cause signing validation to fail. What this means is that once you approve this update on a System Center Essentials 2007 server on a Windows Server 2003 server, every time the server sync’s from MU it will redownload the package, fail the cert validation, and so the download will fail. How to make an override for the monitor "Logical Disk Free Space" for all the SWAP Disks? Out of the box the swap disks aren't discovered. Opsmgr knows the amount of cylinders, sectors, scsi ID and a lot of other stuff but doesn't know if there is separate disk that I use as a swap disk. On all my servers I have a separate logical disk that I use as a SWAP disk. The size of this disk never change so I don't want to receive the alert about "not enough disk space". My...(read more)
